From the bedside to the boardroom.
I started my nursing career 17 years ago — eyes wide, heart full, and zero idea how much of myself I'd become along the way. For the last 11+ years I've lived and breathed Labor & Delivery: catching babies, supporting families through some of the biggest moments of their lives, mentoring and precepting brand-new nurses, teaching fetal monitoring to Labor and Delivery staff, and figuring out that the bedside isn't the only place a nurse can change a life.
Two years as Clinical Adjunct Faculty taught me that I love teaching as much as I love nursing. The blank stare of a new grad on her first decel — that's my calling. I built GoalsNMynd to deliver the kind of education I wish I'd had: confident, clear, real, and unapologetically built by someone still doing the work.
And then there's wellness. Discovering Make Wellness bioactive peptides as a customer first changed how I thought about my body, my recovery, and my edge as a working RN. I loved the products so much I became an affiliate to share them. So I added that mission to the brand — because everyone, men and women, young and seasoned, nurses and non-nurses alike, deserves more than coffee and a prayer.
